Danae Wilke, PA-C

Ms. Wilke is originally from Santa Barbara but has deep roots in San Luis Obispo County. She graduated cum laude in microbiology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. While receiving her BS, she also obtained licensure and was elected valedictorian of both her EMT-Basic and EMT-Paramedic academies at Cuesta College and Allan Hancock College.

Following graduation, she relocated to Southern California, where she received her Masters Degree and Board Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) at Western University of Health Sciences, ranked within the top 5% of her class. She received specialized training in general and interventional cardiology, as well as cardiothoracic surgery at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, Sansum Clinic Cardiology and Cottage Hospital. She has also trained in emergency medicine, family practice, community health, internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, women’s health and long term care settings.

Hobbies include photography, cooking and hiking.
