From the North

From southbound Highway 101, exit at Halcyon Road and continue straight for roughly 1 mile. Our office is on the right, in the South Halcyon Medical Plaza across from Arroyo Grande Community Hospital. Look for a beige two-story building with a Spanish tile roof. Once in the parking lot, you will see signs to Suite 105.

From the South

From northbound Highway 101, exit at Grand Avenue and continue left on Grand for roughly 1 mile. Turn left on Halcyon Road and continue for another mile. We are on the right, in the South Halcyon Medical Plaza across from the hospital. Our office is a beige two-story building with a Spanish tile roof. In the parking lot, you will see signs to Suite 105.
